Resilient Muscles

After a long weekend of rides and runs I’m concerned about fatigue from the distance. I’m enjoying the time spent outdoors biking and running but certainly there will be some wear and tear on the body. I need to achieve and maintain resilient muscle groups. I think my recovery and nutrition plans are appropriate but like all athletes life, work, & play are real obstacles that prevent adequate nutrition, stretching, foam rolling, ice baths, epsom salts, & the occasional massage.
With those things in mind what tips can you offer a triathlete to fight off fatigue and obtain resilient muscles?
