Many of you may instantly recognize the name, Diana Nyad swam from Cuba to Key West Florida this summer, an amazing 100 miles…an endurance distance that many said was impossible and could not be done. She gave an amazing inspirational, motivational, histerical, fantastical speech at TED. I start every morning at the office with two things, one TED talk and the second is a few minutes in the Lumosity GYM. Lumosity is a gym for your Brain, I exercise that muscle too. 🙂
