A rough night of tossing and turning left me sleepy so sleepy that I turned my alarm off without even realizing I had done so. I had everything all nicely laid out and would be quick to get dressed and out the door.
So with this in mind and the weekend dedicated to Staci’s marathon in PITT what do I do to reschedule or make up this sleepy workout? Do my readers and fellow bloggers tack on extra intervals to scheduled workouts or do you try to fit in an extra ride? Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?
