A long week ahead

Nothing great ever came easily. If it did then everyone would do it and it would just become the norm. 

This week requires a lot of cycling and swimming to get race ready. The goal is simple. Ride 130miles, swim 4 days this week, run once and find additional time to strengthen long lean muscles for added endurance and stability. 

Off to a good start today. Road 20.5 miles. Fingers crossed that between now and Sunday I can stay healthy and reach this goal.
