sometimes you just can’t catch a break. You think things are in place and then wham someone throws a wrench into the works and it all comes to an abrupt stop. 
 
That phrase and photo capture my feelings perfectly this morning. 

We all are busy trying to juggle various tasks; work, life, family, home, friends, travel, and triathlon but we occasionally drop a ball and when we do it changes the pattern or routine path of all the other balls. 

All I can do I keep moving forward. Make my way to the race. The starting line and eventually the finish. Determined to get there.
