I’m looking for a killer BRick (spin/run – indoors) workout for tonight. Only have 1:30 to get it in, lets hear some suggestions???

You could do mini-bricks where you do something like 10-15 min bike and then 5-10 min run until you reach 1:30. It will hurt!
Very true! Thanks, looking for a slightly longer main set in the bike. But I will tell you what you want to join me and do a digital BRick?
