Swim with Recovery Meal

Another manic Monday in the books, but all things seem better after a solid swim set. Focusing on improving my swim this off season means spending time in the pool, which at this time of the year is pretty lonely. Not too many triathletes back in the swing of things. I am sure the regulars and newbies will be back at it within a month so I should enjoy it.

Swim set / workout was fun and easy to remember. (Meaning after every lap I wasn’t checking the sheet to see what the heck was next).

Post workout includes a quick choc milk and dinner. Which tonight features, blackened Red snapper with Cous Cous and asparagus (broiled)
